The Becoming Method works the other way around. Behavior first. Identity follows. You don't wait to feel like the person you're becoming. You act like them — in small, specific, trackable ways — until the evidence builds and the identity shifts.
That's not a mindset trick. That's how change actually works.
How It Works
The Becoming Method is built on one premise: identity doesn't change through intention. It changes through evidence. The stories you tell yourself about who you are get rewritten slowly, through action — not insight, not affirmations, not another round of journaling about what you want.
This is a therapy-informed system for people who are self-aware, stuck, and done waiting to feel ready. You already know what needs to change. What's been missing is a structure that works when motivation is low, that doesn't shame you when you're imperfect, and that gives you a way back when you fall off instead of starting over from scratch.
