Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision at Total Wellness 365 is available across licensure levels and career stages. Pre-licensed clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure, with emphasis on clinical skill development, ethical decision-making, and professional identity formation. Licensed clinicians seeking supervision toward specialty credentials or advanced competency areas are also served.
Supervision specific to the assessment, treatment, and evaluation of individuals who sexually abuse is available through Dr. Sarah Boettner, a DRC-certified sex offender treatment provider in Ohio with advanced forensic risk assessment certifications.
Consultation
Expert consultation is available to licensed clinicians, clinical programs, agencies, and attorneys. Consultation is offered on a contract or as-needed basis and is particularly sought in the areas of sexually abusive behavior, forensic evaluation, risk assessment, and sex offender treatment program development.
Consultation services are available to clinicians and organizations in Ohio and Kentucky.
CE Events
The Total Wellness 365 Institute delivers continuing education for mental health professionals on specialized, high-demand topics. About Dr. Sarah Boettner
Dr. Sarah Boettner, PhD, LPCC-S, LSW, CSAT, is a licensed clinical supervisor and certified sex addiction therapist with specialized expertise in sexual behavior problems, trauma, and forensic practice. She is the founder of Total Wellness 365, a group behavioral health practice serving the greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.
Dr. Boettner directs a DRC-certified sex offender treatment program in Ohio and holds advanced certifications in forensic risk assessment. She is an active member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) and provides clinical supervision, expert consultation, and continuing education to mental health professionals across Ohio and Kentucky.
Her trainings integrate current research, ethical frameworks, and direct clinical application — built for practitioners working in complex, high-stakes environments.
