About Patrick O’Conner
As a therapist, Patrick works from a person-centered and integrative perspective, grounded in the belief that growth begins with compassion, curiosity, and connection. He sees therapy as a collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, understand patterns, and move toward more balanced and authentic ways of living.
Before joining Total Wellness 365, Patrick trained and worked in Geneva, Switzerland, where he served as an individual counselor as well as a counselor in the international school system. In that setting, he supported students, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, focusing on identity, self-esteem, relationships, and emotional well-being. His work also included managing anxiety, depression, and periods of transition while fostering resilience and self-understanding.
Now based in Cincinnati, Patrick brings a global perspective to his practice, drawing from multiple therapeutic approaches to fit each client’s needs. He aims to create a supportive environment where individuals feel encouraged to reflect, grow, and build more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
